Toni F.
Born and raised in the exotic Islands of the Philippines, I was always fascinated by all things artistic. Growing up in an artistic environment, I love to sing, draw, paint and dance. I won best female dancer in my High School, and later competed in college ballroom dancing with disciplines such as Salsa, Tango, Rumba, Foxtrot, Cha Cha and Jazz. I took my dance knowledge to the next level 6 years ago when I began training for acrobatic circus such as Aerial Silk, Hoop and Trapeze. I have a deep understanding of the connection between music and movement of the body, distinguishing myself from other instructors. |
Lindsey G.
She began dancing in 2008 and fell in love. She began to learn about personal training to gain strength and improve her control of her body; in 2010 she started training others after studying anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology as well as going through the ACE personal trainer's program. Then in 2012 she found aerial acrobatics and went bonkers for it! She loved that it took her dance to a new level. All three things--dance, personal training, and aerial dance--are integral in her career as a teacher and performer. Lyndsey loves her job and couldn't be happier. |
