We incorporate Pilates, strength training and basic contemporary dance, ballet movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness. We target abdominals, back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings as well as arms and legs by utilizing resistance training, toning, cardio, flexibility, balance, stability and coordination. Stretching helps us keep and maintain proper body alignment and posture.
