This form of fitness is easy, fun, safe, and effective. We include a little bit of everything in our classes! Yoga, Pilates, Ballroom Dance, Strength Training and basic functional movements to build strength, help with mobility, endurance, stability to reduce injury and overall fitness in fun filled 30 minute classes.
Every doctor knows the importance of stretching and exercise. And let’s face it. As much as we all plan to or want to get into a new fitness routine, most do not. You can choose 1-on-1 training to focus on yourself or work with other seniors/friends in a fun class environment with a schedule to fit your needs.

Chair Yoga
This class is great for beginners and those with limited mobility. The chair creates more accessibility in the poses so that you can achieve the same benefits with greater ease. In class you can expect to use the chair to do warm ups, upper body stretches, standing and balancing poses, and sequences to increase flexibility and mobility. All levels are welcome! |
Adult ballet
This class is the perfect way to gain strength and flexibility while learning how to dance! We begin with a small warm up to wake the body up and begin to loosen the muscles. Then we move on to barre exercises and practice ballet technique. The last fifteen minutes consists of combining what we learned into a small dance combination! It's a great workout and tons of fun! Come join in—this class is for all levels of activity! |
